Thank you for choosing W.Brows Studio, we appreciate your business. To ensure a smooth process, please read our booking policy below:

- Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

- No walk-ins allowed, please schedule an appointment in advance.

- No guest(s) allowed during your procedure.

- We require NON-REFUNDABLE deposit in advance for Microblading and all Permanent Makeup appointments. Deposit will go towards the procedure cost.

- Please plan your date and time carefully before reserving. If you need to reschedule, please notify us 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Deposit is forfeited if notified less than 48 hours. Deposit is forfeited if no show.

- If you have previous eyebrow tattoo, microbladed eyebrows, permanent makeup eyeliner, please send us photos for review. IMPORTANT: If you do not send photos before your scheduled appointment and we are unable to cover the previous procedure, your deposit is forfeited due to the time frame already reserved by you.

- We do not perform cosmetic tattooing on pregnant or nursing women. Avoid booking a time during menstrual cycle.
